Community Business Manager
Community Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the community, financially, aesthetically, & in resident relations. The Community Manager is also responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the on-site staff. The Community Manager reports directly to the Regional Business Manager.
The Leasing Consultant role is both a high energy sales role & customer service. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for leasing luxury apartment homes while building & maintaining member & employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a genuine desire to make a difference in people’s lives & a commitment to anticipate & exceed the expectations of our members & future members. The Leasing Consultant reports to the Community Business Manager.
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for operating an effective maintenance program for the property. The Maintenance Supervisor oversees & assigns the work of Maintenance Technicians, Groundskeepers, & Housekeepers. The Maintenance Supervisor reports directly to the Community Business Manager.
The Maintenance Technician ensures the apartment community meets & exceeds safety, appearance & operational standards by preparing apartments for move-ins, completing maintenance requests & providing exceptional customer service. The Maintenance Technician reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.
The Groundskeeper is responsible for the cleanliness, physical appearance & curb appeal of the property. Focused on keeping the community looking its best, the Groundskeeper is a visible team member to visitors & residents alike, maintaining a friendly, helpful & professional approach in all interactions. The Groundskeeper reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.
The primary responsibilities of the Housekeeper are to clean & maintain the common areas, clubhouse & models of the apartment community. The Housekeeper is key to our success as there is only one opportunity to make a great first impression. The Housekeeper reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.
