Summer is arriving in Columbus, Ohio this month, and the city brings some favorite seasonal activities as well as plenty of new traditions. Columbus Crew, June 2, 9, 13 MAPFRE Stadium

The Columbus Crew has three home matches this month against Toronto FC on June 2, New York Red Bulls on June 9, and Atlanta United FC on June 13. Visit their website for more information and to purchase tickets.

 

2018 Chicken & Beer Festival, June 2, Franklinton

Spend your Saturday with beer, chicken, live entertainment and card table and supersized games that the whole family can enjoy. Proceeds benefit the students and staff at Franklinton Preparatory Academy.

 

The Memorial Tournament Presented by Nationwide, through June 3, Muirfield Village Golf Club

Founded 42 years ago by Jack Nicklaus, this year’ s Memorial Tournament rounds run from May 30 through Sunday June 3. Get the full schedule and purchase tickets on their website.


Columbus Clippers
, June 5-30, Huntington Park

Our Columbus Clippers have 15 home games this month for you and your family to attend! They play Norfolk, Buffalo, Indianapolis and Louisville. Get the full schedule and tickets on their website.

 

WizardWorld Comic Con Columbus, June 8-10, Greater Columbus Convention Center

Celebrate the best in pop culture at this popular three-day event featuring movies, comics, toys, video gaming, games, TV, collectables and much more. Purchase tickets here.

 

Westival: Community Concert Bands and Arts Fair, June 9, Westerville Alum Creek Park Amphitheater

Enjoy a day of great music from nine community concert bands and ensembles, art sales and displays, kids crafts and a wide variety of food trucks. Admission is free. Visit their website for more information!

 

Columbus Pride, June 15-17, Bicentennial and Genoa Park

Every year Stonewall Columbus hosts one of the biggest, best Pride events in the nation with entertainers, parades and much more. Visit their website for the festival events, to volunteer, walk in the parade, or be a vendor.

 

Tour de Grandview, June 15, Grandview Heights

The Tour features world-class bicycle racing through the streets of Grandview and attracts several hundred professional cyclists to central Ohio each year. Learn more, register, or sponsor the race on their website.

 

Creekside Blues & Jazz Festival, June 15-17, Gahanna

The Creekside Blues & Jazz Festival is a three-day cultural event that features first class food, music on five stages, amusement park rides, family activities and more.

 

Columbus Children’s Festival 2018 presented by Meijer, June 16, Westerville North High School

Now in its 7th year, the Kidslinked.com’s annual Columbus Children’s Festival will be a fun filled day starting with a run/walk, pancake descendant breakfast, fun zone, bounce park, fun zoo and youth sports.  Learn more on their website.

 

Sounds on the Town, Wednesdays, Easton Town Center

Eaton Town Center will be hosting free concerts every Wednesday night showcasing different genres of music each week. Your favorite 10 TV anchors and meteorologists will be at each show. Check out their website for more information and the band lineup!
